Terms of Service

Welcome to Cater UR Way, a service of UR Services ("Cater UR Way," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Cater UR Way is (and isn't)

Cater UR Way is a directory that helps you find restaurants that offer catering. When you click "Order Now," you leave our site and order directly from the restaurant through its own website or ordering service. We do not take orders, process payments for food, prepare or deliver food, or take any commission on your order. Your purchase is between you and the restaurant, and the restaurant's own terms apply to it.

2. Listings are curated at our discretion

We review restaurants before listing them and vet that they offer catering. Listings are published at Cater UR Way's sole discretion: we may decline, edit, suspend, or remove any listing — free or paid — at any time, for any reason, without notice or explanation. Being listed on Cater UR Way is not a right, an endorsement guarantee, or a promise of continued inclusion.

3. No guarantees about restaurants

We work to keep the directory accurate and to list restaurants we believe genuinely handle catering well, but we don't own or operate the restaurants and can't guarantee their food, pricing, availability, delivery, service, or the accuracy of information on their own websites. Any ratings shown from third parties (such as Google) belong to those parties and reflect their data, not our assessment.

4. Accounts

Restaurant owners may create accounts to claim and manage their listings. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and only claim listings for restaurants you actually own or are authorized to represent. Claiming a listing you don't own, impersonating a restaurant, or tampering with ordering links will result in removal and account termination. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

5. Premium listings and billing

Premium listings are a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If we remove a paid listing at our discretion, we will cancel the subscription and refund or prorate the unused portion of the current period. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping or bulk-copying our directory data, no attempting to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours, no uploading unlawful or infringing content (including logos or photos you don't have rights to), and no using the site to mislead customers or harm restaurants.

7. Your content

If you upload content to your listing (such as a logo or photos), you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to display it on Cater UR Way in connection with your listing. You keep ownership of your content, and you can remove it or ask us to.

8. Our content

The Cater UR Way name, logo, site design, and the directory as compiled are ours. Restaurant names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

9. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Cater UR Way is not liable for problems arising from your dealings with any restaurant (including order issues, food quality, or delivery), from third-party websites we link to, or from interruptions or errors in the site itself. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $25 if you paid nothing).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
